Are you sleeping well?
If you’re not, you’re not alone. While the recommended amount of sleep for adults is seven or more hours of sleep per night, many of us make due with less.³ Given that many of us are sleep-deprived, it’s not surprising that 97% of Americans have at least one risk factor for fatigue, and 38% of American workers report feeling tired at work.ᶧ⁴
There are many reasons why sleep may not be optimal. Too much caffeine later in the day delays sleep onset and decreases sleep quality.⁵ Evening blue light from electronic screens can lead to increased wakefulness and delayed melatonin secretion.⁶ High stress levels also impact sleep,⁷ as may variable bedtimes.
The good news is, there are things we can do to support healthy sleep, from behavior changes to dietary support. Limiting caffeine to mornings, avoiding screens at night or using blue-light blocking apps, and winding down as bedtime approaches can all help with healthy sleep. Bedtime routines aren’t just for children anymore!⁸
To further help support healthy relaxation and sleep,ᶧ this Sleep Bundle contains the following:
RelaxMedix is a blend of Cat’s Claw/Samento (Uncaria tomentosa) and Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) that may help promote healthy relaxation and sleep.ᶧ¹
Melatonin is a hormone the body produces to help regulate the sleep-wake cycle. Dietary melatonin can help to support a healthy sleep onset, promoting relaxation and sleep.ᶧ²

There are 600 drops in each 1oz bottle and 1200 drops in each 2oz bottle of our liquid products.
When we say our products are highly bioavailable, we mean that all of our products are designed to be better absorbed by the body on a cellular level.NutraMedix’s products are in dropper form. Our products are liquid for two main reasons:
- To extract the desired components from the natural and raw materials we are deriving our supplements from, and
- To ensure our supplements are delivering the full-spectrum benefits of the extract.
To do this, our liquid products contain 20-24% food-grade ethanol which helps the compounds of our products that are either water-soluble or ethanol-soluble, to deliver more nutrients to the cells. This process gives you the full benefit of the compound and its raw materials, rather than just a portion of it.
The recommended doses for NutraMedix products are intended for an average size adult that weighs between 120-170 pounds. For children 4 and older, for every 30 pounds, a fourth of the dose is recommended.
