Are you sleeping well?
If you’re not, you’re not alone. While the recommended amount of sleep for adults is seven or more hours of sleep per night, many of us make due with less.³ Given that many of us are sleep-deprived, it’s not surprising that 97% of Americans have at least one risk factor for fatigue, and 38% of American workers report feeling tired at work.*
There are many reasons why sleep may not be optimal. Too much caffeine later in the day delays sleep onset and decreases sleep quality.  Evening blue light from electronic screens can lead to increased wakefulness and delayed melatonin secretion. High stress levels also impact sleep,  as may variable bedtimes.

Can I pre-mix NutraMedix drops?

You may premix up to 48 hours in advance.

How many drops are in a bottle?

There are 600 drops in each 1oz bottle and 1200 drops in each 2oz bottle of our liquid products.

My child is taking NutraMedix products. Is the dosing different for a child?

The recommended doses for NutraMedix products are intended for an average size adult that weighs between 120-170 pounds. For children 4 and older, for every 30 pounds, a fourth of the dose is recommended.

Are NutraMedix products compatible?

All NutraMedix products are compatible with one another.

Are NutraMedix products free of yeast and mold?
