You can start redeeming your points for products once you reach 200 Nutra Points. Please note, at this time, points can only be redeemed on full-price items.
Yes. You can only redeem 1500 Nutra Points per order.
You can immediately move to the next level if you spend the target amount in a calendar year. However, you will fall back to the previous tier if you spend less than that amount in the following calendar year. Please note that showing the correct tier in your account may take up to 2 days.
Example: If you reach the Gold tier on 30th March 2022, you will remain in the Gold tier in the year 2023, and will have to reach the requirement of the Gold tier to remain in it before the year 2024.
Note: Customer tiers will be recalculated at every start of the calendar year (1st January). Reaching a new tier will apply to the coming year.
Go to your Rewards pop-up. Click on "Redeem Nutra Points" and "Redeem". Select the number of points you would like to use for your purchase and click "Redeem". Click "Copy Coupon Code"; your points will be copied to your device's clipboard. Once you are checkout, paste the coupon code in the "Discount Code" field.*Don't forget! Redeem the exact amount of points you need for your purchase. If you redeem more than necessary, you will lose your points.
Every time you redeem your Nutra Points, you will receive an email with the coupon code. Also, you can find your coupon code under "Your Rewards".
Our sitewide sales will always give you more significant savings than redeeming Nutra Points during these sales events. During the blackout dates, you will keep earning Nutra Points.
You qualify for this reward if your account is 30 days old.
