Why is there no information about the medicinal benefits of your products on your website?
In the United States, our products are sold as nutritional supplements; therefore, the FDA does not allow us to discuss the medicinal benefits of any of our products. We can only recommend that you perform an internet search for the information you are looking for. We are also prohibited from directing you to a specific website that may contain information about the medicinal benefits of our products.
When will my order be shipped?
The hours-of-operation for Nutramedix are 8:30 am through 5:00 pm (EST - U.S.), Monday through Friday. After receiving an order, Nutramedix strives to ship the order within one business day.
How can I redeem my Reward Points?
During the checkout process, customers have the option to redeem Reward Points on the Summary/Order Verification page. Towards the bottom of Summary/Order Verification page, customers can type in how many points they would like to redeem in the field labeled Enter Points to Use Towards this Purchase. NOTE: If Reward Points applied reduces the order total below $25, standard shipping rates will apply. Free shipping in the Continental United States is only valid for orders of $25 net.
Where can I view how many Reward Points I have earned?

The Reward Points program began on February 1, 2010. Points are earned on all customer orders placed after this date..

Nutramedix Products are backed by a 30 Day Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the bottle(s) for a full product refund, less any shipping fees incurred.
