Cowden Support Program

The Cowden Support Program (CSP) is our strategically designed, widely known monthly protocol that utilizes 14 NutraMedix health supplements on a rotational basis. Products are taken daily according to a set schedule, and each health supplement serves an essential purpose. All products are prepackaged into individual monthly sets, and those starting the program should begin with Month 1 and follow the program in numerical order. Dr Cowden recommends following the Cowden protocol until feeling well, then continue the supplement program for 2 more months.
